ORDER AND CALENDAR OF BUSINESS

I. Call to Order
Meeting is presided over by President Edwin Piano at 6:50 pm

IV. Agenda:
A. Reading and adoption of the minutes of the 6th BOT meeting held last Aug 13, 2011
B. Viviene Advincula and Benjamin Florencio are welcomed as the new members of the BOTs to take the posts vacated by Capt. Robert Ferrer and Arnel Tañedo.
C. Financial Report submitted by Ghie Santos has been approved. Separate account at Metro Bank has also been opened solely for the Scholarship Funds.
D. Lilia Amor reported that 5 additional applicants for scholarship program are recommended by the scholarship committee based on review of their profile and background investigation.
E. It has been agreed that a simple t-shirt with collar and SJSAA logo will be used by the BOTs as our uniform. SJSAA members may also wear the uniform.
F. Oktoberfest 2011 is slated on October 28, 29 & 30. SJSAA will put up a booth for alumni activities to foster camaraderie and at the same time generate funds for our scholarship program. (Booth rental cost is P2500 with MOCCI)
G. Catherine Hernandez, our college scholar is tasked to research the names of alumni that are not yet in the database.
H. Mr. Jess Ramos, adviser of the Student Council asked SJSAA to donate for the room labels of SJC. The BOTs agreed to allocate P4000 for the said project.
I. MOA for the following business establishments need to be made:

4. JPO Optical Clinic
5. Maggi’s Toy Balloon
For Renewal:
1. St. Jude Medical Center
2. McDonalds-Magsaysay

V. New Business:
A. The alumni is encouraged to participate in the International Clean-Up on September 17, 2011 from 7am-11am starting from the Kalaklan Lighthouse
B. An alumni hymn was submitted to the Board for review and critiquing.
C. The BOT approved the release of P2,000 for SJSAA sponsorship in Haraya ’76 souvenir program.
