Drinks will be sold by SJSAA. Batches need not bring. (c/o of the Ways and Means Committee)

1. Program (invitation to be made by Judy)

*Music: Arnel Tañedo
*Sound System: SJC Elementary Dept. (to be requested to the Principal through a letter)
Activities/Parts of the Program
1.) Games- Batch 66, 79, Roel, Judy (other batches can also provide a game or two)
*Materials for the games will be provided by the batch/person in charge
* Prizes will be provided by SJSAA
2. ) Special Presentation/Numbers: Open to all who would like to render
* WAGI SJC Winners-c/o Kgd. Edic
* Dance Number- Selected Alumni (c/o Judy)
3.) Exchange Gift
*Voluntary basis. Minimum amount of unisex gift is P200.
*BOTs in-charge : Liza, Roel, Josie

2. Alumni King and Queen
Head: Carmelita Yco
Members: Viviene, Lilia, Judy, Ghie
*Each batch is to present its own candidate for the Alumni King and Queen.
*Candidates are to provide their own box during the contest
*Proceeds will go to the Scholarship Fund and other Projects
*Ghie and Josie are in-charge of counting the money collected

3. Registration: Judy, Nanette and Kat
4. Physical Arrangement and Decorations: Edwin, Bong, Nanette
5. Ways and Means
a. Drinks to be sold by SJSAA (suggested by Sunday)
In-Charge: Sunday, Edic, High School Scholars
b. Photos for Sale- with certain percentage from the supplier (suggested by Josie Escalona)
In-Charge JM Productions (c/o Edic)
*the above mentioned fundraising have been approved by the majority

B. Special BOT meeting with Batch coordinators and High School Scholars is on November 26, 2011 at 5:00pm
C. Distinguished Alumni
*Nomination form is not yet available in the internet or still cannot be downloaded
*Are the guidelines published in our internet page already the revised version?
D. Carmi Yco asked if there is a financial report submitted by the treasurer. The Secretary said that Ghie Santos could not make it to the meeting due to the earlier schedule of their batch meeting. Carmi mentioned that Ghie should give it to her assistant treasurer, Josie Escalona if she can’t make it. Judy replied by saying that the assistant treasurer lives in Tarlac , stays there most of the time and is not online.
E. The Secretary is tasked to inquire with Ma’am Lampazo if there is an available bulletin board on campus for SJSAA.
F. The next scheduled regular BOT meeting is on Dec. 9. 2011

IV. Adjournment: With nothing more to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 pm
