One important change to our schedule is the General Assembly and Election of Officers. Instead of March 19 in the afternoon... it will be on 18 March 2011... immediately after the motorcade in the morning.

    Report of the President is on top of the agenda
    followed by the treasurer's financial report.
    
    The assembly will vote for the adoption of the amended by-laws of SJSAA
    
    Thereafter a committee on election will take over for the conduct of election of 15 new board members
    
    The President, V.Pres, Secretary and Treasurer will be elected by the board from among themselves.
    
    The induction of new officers may take place during the alumni night where the out-going officers will turn-over documents, finances and the symbolic flag of the association to the new set of officers.

    Em Marpuri point of inquiry sir, will the 15 new board members to be elected should still come from batches ending in 2 and 7 as the sjs aa president told during the meeting last Jan.29? i am not aware of the discussion last night coz i was not able to attend due to health reasons.

    St. Joseph Olongapo Alumni Homecoming yes ma'am, the 15 member board will come from the jubilarians. this will be one of the amendments to the by-laws that needs to be adopted during the general assembly.
