C. Other Matters:
1. Kat’s duty at the alumni office is every Tuesdays and every Thursdays at Edwin Piano’s office to encode new members of SJSAA. She is also to maintain the cleanliness of the alumni office
2. Trophies to be returned to the manufacturer for printing of SJSAA logo
3. Formal proposal of Jimmel of Angel Touche need to be asked regarding the printing of the new SJSAA IDs
4. PAASCU Accreditation is scheduled on Feb. 9 & 10 at SJC and the alumni office must be be manned for possible interview
5. Jubilarians are encouraged to participate in the Alumni Homecoming preparations
