    In the 10th SJSAA BOT meeting held 9 Dec 2011, it was resolved that starting January 1, 2012, every alumni who register at SJSAA is entitled to adopt a fellow alumni or an associate member. Membership fee is waived for those who will be selected by the registered alumni and they will have entitlements provided for in the SJSAA by-laws.

    1. removed cobwebs
    2. dusted table tops and cabinets
    3. sweeped the floor
    4. scrubbed the walls and floors with heavy-duty scrubber and ajax powder mixed with Zonrox lemon.
    5. dried with clean cloth
    6. applied three coatings of johnson instant shine wax on the walls and floors (inside office and outside balcony)
    7. rearranged office furnitures after application of furniture wax.
    8. rearranged yearbooks, misc boxes and office supplies
    9. installed desktop computer
    10. installed SJSAA tarpauline in two locations.
    11. duplicate door and gate lock keys
