Greetings Fellow Alumni,

Good Morning! I have said that this term is about transparency. All things will be laid down on the table, every transaction, receipts, minutes of the meeting, money matters and expenses. I have provided Mam Imelda T. Lampazo with all these documents to serve as file and guidelines for the new set of officers 2011-2012 and for all the officers to be in the coming years.

The following ACCOMPLISHEMTS were made:

1.) The Alumni Website (www.sjcolongapo.com) that was created thru the help of Mr. Balce of Batch 95 and the Alumni Website via Face Book (www.facebook.com/sjsaa) created by Mr. Edwin Piano of Batch 78.

Thru these websites, information and online dissemination about the current and upcoming activities and events of the Alumni Association were made possible. Through registering online it helped update the Alumni per batch year thus updating the SJSAA Directory.

2.) The St.Joseph Basketball League was recognized and incorporated into the Alumni since it has been ongoing for 5 years now spearheaded by the tireless efforts of Kagawad Cesar Lobos of Batch 89 and Councilor Jong Cortez of Batch 87.

3.) We were able to secure a copy of the BY- LAWS which was given by Atty. Atienza together with the SEC REGISTRATION.

4.) The amended BY-LAWS was adopted.

5.) Our current membership is more than 600 ( including the 4th year graduating students of 2011) and still counting.

6.) There was savings from Metro Bank that was turned over from the previous Alumni Officers and we simply exerted some efforts to ensure that the savings were kept intact.

And with these accomplishments, I hope that the new set of Alumni Officers of 2011-2012 would see to it that what we have managed to establish would be continued and even be surpassed. We, the Alumni Officers of 2010-2011 tried to do our best in making everything according to our by-laws so we hope that there will be an orderly turn-over every year including the President and Treasurer's report thus continuing the Transparency all throughout the Alumni Association. In Unity we are much stronger and can accoplish more for our Alma Mater...The reason we are an Alumni is because of our school so always bear in mind the Alumni Association was formed to help each other and our school..and it's also an opportunity for continued friendship among alumni, faculty, and the administration of St. Joseph School. I would like to extend my gratitude to all of you for your support,guidance and understanding.
