Election of SJSAA Officers: Mam Mel Tulio-Lampazo presided over the SJSAA election of officers. The following were elected officers of SJSAA

Assistant Secretary: Nanette Calderon
Treasurer: Virginia Santos
Assistant Treasurer: Josephine Escalona
Auditor: Carmelita Yco

PRO: Eduardo Piano and Claire Souza

Resolution designating Metrobank (R-01 S2011) and LBC Bank (R-02 S2011) to be the depository of SJSAA. Included in the resolution is designating signatories for bank transactions in accordance with the SJSAA by-laws. The body agreed to include SJSAA Adviser Mel Lampazo as one of the signatories in bank transactions if the Treasurer is not available.

Resolution 03 S2011: Appointing Committee Chairmanship, the following appointments were made:

Committee on Ethics and Privileges - Roel Dabu
Committee on Scholarship - Lilia Amor
Committee on Distinguished Alumni Award - Arnel Tanedo
Committee on Security and Safety - Capt Robert Ferrer
Committee on Ways and Means - Sunday Ibay

Review of the Constitution and By-Laws: Newly elected BOT members and SJSAA officers were reminded of their duties, responsibilities and obligations as per adopted by-laws of the general assembly.
